Orange blossom, but heavy and "thick" rather than citrusy. A beautiful floral.

I only remember Amarige when it first came out, I am not familiar with any reformulations. The PP version is definitely lighter and somewhat different. However, it is beautiful in its own right, a heavy floral with a strangely fresh drydown which lasted 12+ hours (oil version). Hence, 5 stars.

I agree that PP offers great customer, but I cannot rate this perfume any higher, as it bears no resemblance to Fidji, either the older version or the reformulation. Review based on 3ml roll on.

This is a very elegant scent, although it is not my cup of tea.It starts out very citrusy, but the dry down is quite musky. Light but very long-lasting. I have never tried the original.

I have never smelled the original, however, this is a beautiful, powdery rose with a subtle citrusy undertone. Very feminine.
