I bought this one a few months ago, but I only now decided to actually try it. I received compliments from foyr different people straight away, which is rare. I used to find the original too cloying. Not this one, although it does have a strong presenxe.

Indeed it smells expensive and it is quite intense but not overpowering. Woods and carrot is what I get.

I agree that it smells like a brand new doll. A bit too synthetic for my taste, but it lasts long, has good sillage and the one time I had it on I got complemented.

It is strong, which is good, but there is an accord there which I find too masculine. I am not familiar with the original.
