I have never known the original, but this is a very nice fragrance which straddles Western and Middle Eastern perfume styles.

I'm amazed at just how close this is to the original, which I wanted to buy, but the cost is prohibitive. I love the perfume oil I have of this, it's a classy floral chypre.

I always wanted Memoir, but it's high cost was a significant factor. I did, however, manage to get a sample and I can say that this is very similar to the original. Lovely!

Love this, but am unable to compare it to the original. It has some unusual notes, but is light and easy to wear. A nice perfume oil.
