A wonderful rich and creamy fragrance. Definitely one for a cold winter's day. You can certainly notice the vanilla and the amber just makes it so smooth. If you're looking for a winter/fall fragrance that's not super heavy on the leather scent definitely check this out.

I bought this based on looking at countless reviews of the original. Top notes are really fresh - just like another review mentioned it's a smell of a fresh shower gel smell. However after the top notes die down I think it's the patchouli scent that is just so overpowering for me. Every now and then I get whiffs of the other notes that make it smell like rich shaving cream, but too often all I get is what I would describe as "a dad smell". I'd certainly say it's an older man's scent and wouldn't be for everyone.
