With surplus/extrait version I would say wears slightly more masculine than the original Card red - which isn’t a bad thing!!, as there’s not many fragrances for woman that i love and wear .. Surplus for me is a toned down sweetness (at first !!) and leans more woodsy and creamier .. With the opening a lot more going on .. It’s still a beautiful blend - cozy !! That you’d want to spray your pillow and snuggle into .. As time passes the sweetness I luuurv! comes out more to play and then the dry down smells like a slightly stronger Card red .. Where I am perhaps Impatient maybe?? and want my bitter candy NOW! not later 😀 haha thats with the original Card red notes that I love .. Amazing perfume P.P Can’t wait to get the Card red X now (Both beautifully blended!) Both delicious.. If you owned one, you’d love both versions (or three!!) 😄

I had gotten samples of this quite a few months ago .. Had private room on label - but!! definitely not Boudior at all ?? Then went out of stock, and I added my name to the waiting list, and was told by P.P that we’ll try and bring this back! Roll on a few months of thinking my favourite discontinued perfume gone forever! .. I thought maybe just a bad batch or mix up with perfumes .. It didn’t smell bad.. but not my type of perfume So when got the email it was back in stock (( Thankyou perfume parlour! )) I ordered within seconds .. Sooo glad that I gave this another try .. My beloved boudoir to a tea . Spot on .. How I’ve missed you! .. Before ordering the 50ml oil I am patiently waiting on what the new 36ml bottles will look like first First time wearing your ‘Private Room’ I got asked twice what I was wearing in town.. I can’t Thankyou enough for bringing this back .. Very happy gal 😃

I never got the chance to smell the original, but always wanted too!.. Then I found it here (with great reviews!) Now its my new work perfume .. Put it on just before my 12hr shift and its still going strong on my way home .. Its beautiful! .. And my colleagues always comment nice things It creamy spicy sweet (but not too! sweet) .. Wish I could get it in the 100ml bottles that you do! .. Great longevity and silage if you wear the oil and spray together like me (Becareful! that you dont over do though (beast mode!) lol as you will! be like a herd of elephants coming through knocking em dead.. Sorry not sorry :) Highly recommend and have this in the biggest bottles that I can order in :)

Love this perfume! .. So when my oil and spray PP arrived I could already smell straight from the bottles the similarity to the original.. Ive only worn the original twice .. and the PP ones longevity is incredible!! .. Another 12+ that I could smell all day.. Where you only get a few measly hours wear from le labos .. So for that reason never bought this beautiful scent.. Until now! Thankyou perfume parlour, love how you got the smokiness to this, just right! :) I

On first spray! “Omgaaaawd!!” (Whilst waving my arm in my partners face!) My favourite perfume/cologne to a tee!! Absolutely BANG on! It even sprayed the oil film on your skin like the orginal one too!.. That alone! I was excited it would last! and boy - did it! .. (Long lasting and strong!) The sprays and the oils are both lush .. Very happy with my products and very,very! happy with the helpful staff who I spoke with, when I mucked up my order .. Just re ordered now with some added oud for my friend that now loves you too! After trying the oil .. Thankyou! I am so glad that I found you :)
