I have both the oil and the spray - the oil beats it hands down. This is a very good copy of Herod indeed, and if you are fairly liberal in application you will get much better performance than the original. This does go slightly more to the mid notes rather than capture the cinnamon opening at the beginning, but that is a given with most oils - however this captures the tobacco, vanilla & spices almost perfectly.
