If you like truly indulgent scents like Baraonda, Straight to Heaven, Tobacco Vanille, or Herod, you have to try this. Develops and lasts just like the PDM original. Excellent.

Opening of the original is great but only lasts about 30mins max. Do yourself a favour and get the PP oil and move straight into the equally awesome drydown (and eventual full drydown) of the original. Sharp Bramley apple crumble with fudge sauce and custard. Beautiful.

Review for Oil: Sherbet lemon opening soon dries down to a really smooth creamy mid and base. Just like the original, the loud top notes hide a surprisingly beautiful scent

The oil misses the opening and gets straight to the mid/ drydown of Baraonda, which I think is the best part anyway. Not an everyday scent but great for special evenings.

More expensive than other PP creations but SO worth it. Very close to original and mega long lasting. The oil is an absolute beast, so be careful! A freshie with the power to cut it in cold weather. Wow.

The oil has less pepperminty opening and smells more like Viking that has dried down for 15mins or so. Lovely rose, mint, vetiver and pepper notes show themselves from time to time throughout the life of the scent. Well blended. Great job.

One of the greenest of green fragrances. Great for summer but not out of place all year round. Very rounded scent. Classic colongne vibe without the excessive citrusses. And spot on to the original.

Smells just like CH men prive. Great in spring/ autumn. Maybe a little boozy sweet for summer but sweetness fades after half an hour so it may work.
