I have the original and this oil is an extremely close match. At first it is more subtle than my original EDT but it does stay on the skin longer

It took me a while for this one to grow on me, and I often layered it successfully with other perfumes. Recently I tried the Armani Prive line at John Lewis and I recognised it immediately so the PP oil must be a good match.

Cannot detect any scent at all - strange as PP scents are normally great, and although I might be anosmic to the musk, this one is listed as having a cinamon note which normally I can detect a mile off, but ....nothing. You might need to check the formula?

for me, something missing from this one, their match of 212 original is perfect and my favorite. With VIP i think on me smells to much vanilla not enough rum so slightly too sweet.

this is one of the few PP misses for me. the original is a subtle cozy blend but this smells a bit sharp on me and not at all similar.
