Please bring back the original Samsaara! It was warm, exotic, rich and sensual. The new one is a complete waste of money. It's a shame, this was supposed to be a repeat order, but I don't dare to purchase it again. The notes are a mess - sandalwood is supposed to be in the base, and where is the warm amber? There is so much missing here, and instead it's just synthetic sandalwood with soapy jasmine.

I bought this along several other TFs without smelling the original or quite knowing what to expect from the TF brand. My fragrance stores don't sell TF perfumes, but after getting the chance to compare my oils to the originals, I was absolutely amazed by the likeness. To my surprise, they all smell far better than most oils I've tried from here, and I must have tried at least 30 by now. Tobacco Vanille is one of the few bottles I've emptied, and I'm excited like a kid to rebuy and try other TF fragrances that I've had my eye on for ages, but they seem to be sold out. I can't get enough of PPs oils, and I solemnly swear, if they perfect their oils, I'll be a lifelong customer.

The Samsaara I bought in 2014 smelled differently and far more pleasant than the newest formulation. The colour of the oil was different as well. I'm not sure what changes were made since, but the old version had a warm, rich exoticness to it that this one lacks. The newer Samsaara is sadly more of a flat, soapy sandalwood scent.

I am absolutely astonished to find that since my last disappointed review, this has been reformulated and it smells so much better and more true to the original! It actually smells like Jasmin Noir! I take off my hat for you, you absolutely deserve those five stars!

This Mitsouko is an old and bad-tempered reflection of the young Mitsouko. She has the furrowed brow, a wrinkled face, greying hair and is colder and more reserved. This Mitsouko is dressed in heavy oakmoss that brings to mind an overgrown tomb on a rainy day. She doesn't want to be owned and cuddled and she doesn't want you to come near and sniff her. To liven up, she needs time, breathing room, and the warmth of human skin. Only then will she gradually start opening up and comfort you with her quiet, modest wisdom and beauty. Boyfriend called her a "strong smell", but he also liked her soft sweetness on a good day. However, this Mitsouko can be unpredictable and not everyone is her type.

Jasmin Noir is my favourite perfume. Sadly, the Perfume Parlour version smelled nothing like it in either phase of the perfume and is not a noteworthy perfume in itself. I have compared this to the EDP and was quite disappointed. My previous review was removed from the site (due to low rating?) but I will comment again until this is reformulated. Please improve this scent, PP. I am a long time customer and know that you can do better. Will gladly order again if this is reformulated.

Tested it against its store equivalent - they smell exactly the same! Also, this version is my favourite of the Petit Robe series. Smells a lot like raspberries and dark cherries.
