I sent for this not having smelt the original, it is nice but not on my top list, smells expensive and reminds me of an older perfume from the 80's, my sister loves it as she has different taste to me and it smells great on her.

It is incredibly hard to judge how similar this is to the original as it is difficult to find the (now discontinued) original TH True Star perfume for a reasonable price for comparison. On first sniff this perfume is very strong but didn’t give me any sort of nostalgia trip (which I was hoping for) However as it mellowed out I could smell elements of the original perfume in this. It is long wearing as I could smell it nearly all day - however it doesn’t suit me at all... Cannot fault PP at all though, a great company who I will use again. (Would love it if they made a dupe of True Star Gold as that perfume is difficult to find also) :)

Can't comment on the like-ness to original perfume, but I found this too floral and could discern none of the cardamom or mint mentioned in the ingredients. Not particularly offensive-smelling but just personally I didn't like it.

Quite a youthful casual scent that is fairly hard to find these days. Nice mixture of fresh and fruity if that is your thing. I prefer the regular cool water to this flanker though. It is also reminiscent of many of David Beckham's scents but because it is from perfume parlour it has better longevity than those.

Option Review:15ml Spray Extract
Not close to the original. After comparing it with a sample of the real perfume, the difference is very noticeable. While the real one smells subtly of orange with hints of thyme, the PP one smells only strongly of tangy orange peel. The longevity of PP is longer though.

I own the Prada version and the Perfume Parlour version. They are identical to me. You have to love that kind of sterile austere vetiver scent to 'get' this one. To me it smells clean and serious, however it can smell a bit like fresh bandages to some people!
