sorry, I have never tried the original, this definitely gave me an alberto morillas vibe (the perfumer of this fragrance as well as several other well known fragrances) it smells really nice.

much more bitter/sharp than Parisienne, but still gorgeous and the sharpness only lasts a few minutes, after that, longevity is really good, scent is lovely, worth buying.
