Can’t compare this with the original but it smells like PP’s version of Portrait of a Lady without the slightly pee-y black currant note - it really reminds me of Molten Brown’s Rose Absolue, a musty fruity dry rose. Nicely done!

I used to wear this years ago and this is exactly how I remember it. I agree with one of the previous reviewers that it is definitely stronger than the modern reformulated version. Fabulous and long lasting. I am very happy with this. Well done,PP.

Can’t compare with the original but this is a sweet fruity floral with a lovely soft amber powdery dry down. I wouldn’t describe it as ‘mysterious ‘ or an ‘enigma’ but very pleasant
