I received my first shipment from PP today and I am blown away. I ordered 5 scents. My main interest was with Golden Agar versus Oud Wood. I will not bore you with pretentious dribble. There is absolutely no reason or need to purchase Oud Wood (unless you like collecting fancy bottles). Golden Agar is superior.

i got this based on a FM youtube review ... As much as i loved my grandma ,, i dont want to smell like her ,, it just reminds me of an old ladys perfume .. its a really strong dark honey smell that overpowers , then sometype of floral note that follows ,,

For me this is the closest clone to Aventus. However i would say that the performance also mirrors genuine Aventus which is average with newer batches. If you are solely looking for performance i would go for CDNIM EDP however if you dont mind average performance then i would go with this.

I haven’t smellled the original but this is a great scent. Light, sweet, powdery floral with the floral and vanilla notes coming through strongest. It’s great as an everyday fragrance or for work/the office as it’s quite subtle and clean smelling.

Just because this review is 3 stars does not take away any credibility to PerfumeParlour for being a great shop. This is my first buy and I personally haven’t ever smelled the original TF fragrance. I can’t quite make my mind up on the smell. Following on from other people reviews it is really heavy on the cloves to begin with. Whether this dies down is yet to be seen. I can’t detect any vanilla notes but I’ve only had the perfume worn for an hour. I shall come back and add to this review should my opinion change.

Last minute change since the fragrance I ordered was out of stock. Chose this as a replacement and so glad I did. Absolutely beautiful. Definitely be replacing this when it runs out. Sweet tobacco and beautiful vanilla with a hint of spiced apple and creamy wood. Almost Oud like.
