A great scent, but I'm a little confused about this one; I did have a tester of Aventus and found it a very crisp, fruity (pineappley) frag with a soft woody drydown. This oil (at least on me) seems to skip the sharpish top pineapple note altogether and head straight to a slightly musky birch with a hint of sweeteness. A very subtle scent, little projection or longevity, but lovely when 'nose-to-skin' nonetheless.

I have very sensitive skin and have to be really careful about what scent I use. I an tried original version, which I bought directly from Creed. Sadly my skin reacted. I have tried this version and my skin is fine and was amazed how close this is to the original. I even had a comment from a work colleague about how nice it smells. I am so impressed that I bought another bottle.
