I’ve cruelly overlooked perfume parlours own creations in the past, but having tried a free sample of this with a large order, I am genuinely blown away by how good this fragrance is! I’m not usually a fan of designer style fragrances , gravitating more towards niche and complex scents, but this one is an exception ! This strikes a perfect balance between fresh and masculine… it’s not a blue freshie , but it’s also not deep and heavy! Definitely an all year round fragrance that oozes quality…this would sit happily among £150 designer offering all day long. Performance is superb and the dry down is exquisite!

The opening is a bit harsh and alcoholic to my nose compared to the real Aventus Cologne, which I have in my collection. But after a few minutes when it starts to settle, it gets closer and closer to the real deal. Definitely recommended, no one besides myself will smell the opening anyways. I will try the extract spray next time, maybe that's what makes the difference.
